Our Quality Guarantee

At Blue Collar Golfer, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every hat we ship. If your order isn't up to the "Blue Collar Standard," we want to make it right.

RETURNS

  • We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase.

  • To be eligible for a return, your hat must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original premium packaging.

  • To complete your return, please contact us at eva@usabestcookware.com with your order number.

REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

EXCHANGES We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (e.g., swapping Black for Gray), send us an email at eva@usabestcookware.com.

 

SHIPPING You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
